Data sent to the User CMS may include:
- User preferences and demographic information
- Long-term user activity like past purchases for the last year
- Recommended items from an in-house recommendation system
Some data is only known at Request time and must be sent on via the Delivery SDK, including:
- Search query and filters
- Contextual information like location or user device
- Item-query recommendation scores from your in-house retrieval or quality system
